LONG BIO:

I spent over a decade building high-growth sales teams — cultures where people didn't want to leave, revenue engines that consistently hit number. I navigated the kind of pressure that breaks most orgs. I was good at it. But I went looking for something deeper.

I went on the hero's journey to adulthood — and discovered that adulthood means being in service to something greater than yourself. Systems thinking. Regenerative practice. Depth psychology. Wisdom circles. Vision fasts. I wrote poetry on ski lifts. I did (and do) the real work. That journey didn't replace the builder in me — it sharpened him.

Now I supercharge climate tech companies. I build with AI as a collaborator — rapid prototyping pro-social tech. Published two books about Our Moment. Released a conscious hip hop album. And I'm just getting started. The pattern: whatever the medium, I'm building capacity — in people, in organizations, in the systems that shape our lives. Code is just one more dialect.
